Welcome to Sandy River Outdoor Weddings and Events. We’re so glad that you found us!  Our goal is to help you create a moment that will last forever. Here, you won't be treated as just  a client, you'll be treated like family!  So, let us host your next outdoor event to create a lasting memory for you, your family and your friends! We host family reunions, retirement parties, birthday parties, corporate events or any event you want.

Our farm is located on forty acres in the scenic foothills of Western Maine.  It consists of fields, pastures and woods.  It also borders the beautiful Sandy River, where we have a beach area which is easily accessible  for swimming and fishing.   

There are multiple locations that would be a lovely setting for your event - a 20' x 20' gazebo, a wooded scene or a knoll with a stunning view overlooking the river. You decide!  If needed, we have a large changing area for preparation prior to the event. 

We have large, grassed areas that can accommodate up to 200 people with a separate area for lawn games.   And, the tent areas are right next to the alpacas! 

Rental Rates

Base Rental Rates

$ 700.00 rental fee covers  up to 100 people (base rate is for a 5 hour event).

** Please call for rates for over 100 people **.

$ 250.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. (see payment arrangements)

$ 250.00 cleaning/security deposit is required. Payment will be due with final payment.

Cleaning/Security deposit will be returned if property acceptably cleaned & undamaged

Payment Arrangements

For reservations made the calendar year prior to your event:

  • After our initial meeting, we will gladly hold your desired date for two weeks without a   down payment while you are finalizing your decision.
  • By the end of this two week period, a signed contract and nonrefundable deposit of $250 is required to continue holding your date. This deposit is part of the total rental fee.
  • By January 31st of the new year, a second deposit of 50% of the total event cost is due.
