Base Rental Rates
$ 3100.00 rental fee includes: (Tent, Tables & Chairs) for up to 100 people and 1- 8 foot Banquet Table w/8 chairs for the wedding party. For an 8-hour time block. (see time options below)
** You may come the day before to do rehearsal, decorate and do any general set-up that may be needed. **
** Please call for rates for over 100 people. **
$ 250.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. (see payment arrangements)
$ 250.00 cleaning/security deposit is required. Payment will be due with final payment.
Cleaning/Security deposit will be returned if property acceptably cleaned & undamaged

- We can assist you with information about local services. Such as caterers, DJs, Photographers and Equipment rentals

- 30' x 60' frame tent Up to 138 people no food or D.J. or 100 people w/food or D.J. - $1,663.00
- 40' x 85' frame tent up to 260 people no food or D.J or 150 people w/food & D.J. - $2,516.00
- 5' Round Tables. Will seat up to 8-people - $12.00/ea.
- 6' Banquet Table. Will seat 6-8 people - $10.00/ea.
- 8' Banquet tables. Will seat 8-10 people - $11.00/ea.

- Raised Platform for 1 Banquet Table - $40.00
