Welcome to Sandy River Outdoor Weddings and Events. We host family reunions, retirement parties, birthday parties, corporate events or any event you want. We will work with you from start to finish to meet your specific needs. You will have access to all of the amenities on the property and the help of our dedicated staff to help you with any set up or assist you in any way we can.

There is a 20' x 20' indoor stage, a 400 square foot gazebo, ample parking for up to 800 guests and a large flat area for an event tent. There is also a separate game area and a beach along the Sandy River which is easily accessible and perfect for swimming or fishing. The property is handicap accessible with ample restrooms.

Our price for a private event starts at: $ 2,772.00 The rental fee includes: (Tent, Tables & Chairs)  for up to 100 people. For more details see rental rates and under client forms: see client rental fees. 

For events less then 30 people or if you don't need a tent, tables and chairs call or email for rates.

Base Rental Rates

$ 2,900.00 rental fee includes: (30x45 Tent, 5' Round Tables & Wht. non-padded Chairs)  for up to 100 people, for an 8-hour time block (see time options below)

** If you do not need a Tent, Tables and Chairs please call for Rates.**

** You may come the day before if needed to set up **

** Please call for rates for over 100 people **.

$ 250.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. (see payment arrangements)

$ 250.00 cleaning/security deposit is required. Payment will be due with final payment.

Cleaning/Security deposit will be returned if property acceptably cleaned & undamaged

For reservations made the calendar year prior to your event:

  • After our initial meeting, we will gladly hold your desired date for two weeks without a   down payment while you are finalizing your decision.
  • By the end of this two week period, a signed contract and nonrefundable deposit of $250 is required to continue holding your date. This deposit is part of the total rental fee.
  • By January 31st of the new year, a second deposit of 50% of the total event cost is due.
