Welcome to Sandy River Outdoor Weddings and Events. We’re so glad that you found us!  Our goal is to help you make your special day a moment that will last forever. Here, you won't be treated as just a client, you'll be treated like family! 

Our prices start at $ 3100.00 The rental fee includes: (Tent, Tables & Chairs) for up to 100 people and 1- 8 foot Banquet Table w/8 chairs for the wedding party. For more details see rental rates and under client forms: see client rental fees. 

There are multiple locations that would be a lovely setting for your wedding ceremony. There are also many areas that would make beautiful backdrops for your photographs. For the Bride and the Groom we have custom built dressing rooms. There is a 400 square foot gazebo, a 20' x 20' indoor stage and a separate game area. The beach area along the Sandy River is easily accessible and perfect for swimming and fishing.

Base Rental Rates

$ 3100.00 rental fee includes: (30x45 Frame Tent, 5' Round Tables & White non-padded Chairs) for  up to 100 people and 1- 8 foot Banquet Table w/8 chairs for the wedding party. For an 8-hour time block. (see time options below) 

** You may come the day before to do rehearsal, decorate and do any general set-up that may be needed. **

** Please call for rates for over 100 people. **

$ 250.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. (see payment arrangements)

$ 250.00 cleaning/security deposit is required. Payment will be due with final payment.

Cleaning/Security deposit will be returned if property acceptably cleaned & undamaged

For reservations made the calendar year prior to your event:

  • After our initial meeting, we will gladly hold your desired date for two weeks without a   down payment while you are finalizing your decision.
  • By the end of this two week period, a signed contract and nonrefundable deposit of $250 is required to continue holding your date. This deposit is part of the total rental fee.
  • By January 31st of the new year, a second deposit of 50% of the total event cost is due.
